An All India Kavi Sammelan was organized at Wadia Institute on 27 September 2024 as part of the closing ceremony of Hindi Pakhwada 2024. On this occasion, many renowned poets across the country mesmerized the officers, scientists, employees, research students present in the auditorium of the institute with their unique poetry recitation full of humor and romance. On the occasion of the closing ceremony, the winners of various competitions held during the fortnight were honored.

During the fortnight, students from various schools of Dehradun city also participated in essay and debate competitions organized in various categories and the winning students were decorated by Senior Scientist Dr. R.K. Sehgal and Official Language Officer by giving them certificates and prizes. At the end of the program, the Official Language Officer of the Institute, Dr. Gautam Rawat ji expressed his gratitude to Director Prof. Mahesh G. Thakkar for providing his guidance for this successful event and thanked the institute personnel for the success of this grand event.
