Dr. Hiredya Chauhan, has received the Prestigious IGU-Dr. J.G. Negi Young Scientist Award for the year 2023 for her scientific contribution in Petrology using different analytical techniques across different Proterozoic geological provinces.and also received the award by SERB Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant Scheme.

Dr Som Dutt, has received the prestigious “Dr. J.G. Negi Young Scientist Award” from IGU for his contribution to the field of earth sciences. Dr. Som Dutt will confer this award by the IGU on its 61st Annual convention to be held at BHU Varanasi during December 3-5, 2024.
